Admin Passwords are stored in a one way encrypted format. In order to reset your password you need to enter the above information correctly.

If you have never entered your Mobile number or a Secret word into the system then you should leave them blank now and complete them once logged in as an Admin.

The system will send you a single use encrypted link to reset your password. This link is only valid once for a restricted time period. It must also be used only once and in the sequential order it is issued.

Once you have completed this step, you must wait for the link to arrive by email.

The links are secure and encrypted, they can only be used once for a short period of time.
